Can anybody point me in the right direction here. My buddy has a WWII or Korea era Browning BAR cut away training model. Its one of those double or triple sized things they used to have up in front of the room for teaching the troops. Its all original and as far as we can tell, pretty much complete, right down to the bullets in the mag, and everything appears to work. It has its own packing/storage box. He's interested in selling it and doesnt know what its worth or a fair asking price. I cant find anything on the web about them, and I know they had them for most of the weapons made, so I cant figure out why they dont show up somewhere. Anybody got any ideas? I figured if anyone knew, it would be on here. TIA :)

Thanks for the heads up repsychler, I'll have to drop them a line.

If your friend owns his own home and needs a deduction he might want to donate it to the National Firearms Museum and take a writeoff for the full value. He will need to get a letter of acceptance of gift from them if they want it. They would also likely have some idea as to its worth but the set value of contributions is usually with the person donating the goods.
