I recently picked up a URX with a 5.5" barrel. I was wondering if there was any accessories I needed for it other than ammo. Already picked up an extra mag for it. It shoots pretty good from the factory.:D

Does anyone make better sights for it?

What is a good holster for the buckmark to slap or strap on while walking through the woods?

Good to see your post. I can't help you but I just bought a Buckmark on Gunbroker yesterday. It's the NRA one you find there often. I'd like to know what's out there.

Can I ask you gents what you paid? I really want one but am unsure of what is a good price.

I think I am leaning towards the Hunter model....

You can put a red dot optical sight in it and it truly becomes a tack driver.

You will need a rail from Weigand Conbat to mount the sight. Try midwayusa.com for the rail.

maybe a UDX?

I picked up a UDX with walnut grips right after they became available. The only extas I have purchased is five additional magazines and a plastic thumb doohicky for loading the magazines. I fired almost five thousand rounds through it this winter.

Great minds think alike: I just bought the exact same pistol! URX with 5.5" barrel. I plan on putting a red dot on it. I already bought a Tac-Sol rail with integral sight (not mounted yet) and I'm contemplating my red dot choice--looking at a Burris FastFire at the moment.

Yeah, and I need more magazines.

I paid $349 at Gander Mountain. I think the prices have gone up, but I put a deposit on mine a few months ago and got the old price locked in.

Got the URX 5.5 also. Tactical Solutions sell components, (Barrels / sights, etc.). also pull up Browing thenselves, they have accecories for the buckmarks. I gave $329.00, new from a local gunstore about a month ago.

I bought a buckmark hunter about 8 or 9 years ago, great gun!! I haven't seen many accessories for them though

My URX cost me $349 when all was said and done. $309 for the gun, $20 shipping and $20 transfer at my FFL.

Thinking about leaving mine open sights. But will probably aded better sights. Looking for a good holster too.

Where is the best place to buy extra mags?

Tis the season! I just bought mine yesterday. I was at the range with it 10 minutes after leaving the store. Fun, cheap shooter. Impressive accuracy straight out of the box. I got mine mostly for plinking and maybe some small game. Also good to have around to give myself a refresher on marksmanship basics. So far, I love it. If I have any problems I'll post them.
