Browning Buckmark bullseye URX, any feedback? My W wants a target-type 22, but useful for plinking around in the woods, and such...

Down to a Walther P22, a Ruger 22/45, and this Buckmark...

Personally, I like the buckmark, it fits like a glove... The one thing it has over the Ruger is that the slide release was really easy to work with that "tab" sticking out. On the ruger, withat that little button, it was a booger to move, I think she'd get pretty frustrated pretty fast, unless it loosened up a lot, or was something that could be replaced easily...

Any feedback? I think we're heading out to look more tomorrow. THey want 469 for the Buckmark, 349 for the Ruger, and 279 for the P22, but in and of itself, price is no object...

I've got a P22 and they are a lot of fun. Not as accurate as either the Browning or Rugers in general though.

I'd go for the Browning if it's the one with the oak leaf carved grips, my wife wants one of those also.

It's black with a fluted barrel. It's pretty cool, feels good.

I bought a Buck Mark URX stainless about three months ago. Got about 500 through it. Very nice, accurate, and fun to look at when I'm not shooting. I've had a ruger and although it is a very nice, accurate gun it's not as much fun to just handle and look at.
