What's a good range of torque in inch pounds for the 30-06 Hunter model? I realize they are glass bedded but wondered if they react much to differences in action screw torques? I have mine set to about 35"lbs. using the Wheeler Fat Wrench. Any suggestions are welcomed. :)

I don't think it tells but, I'll take another look. Thanks! :)

I have mine right about 35 inch lbs as the rifle is bedded. On non-bedded rifles I usually stay in the low 20s. Mine is a .243, and will shoot MOA or less at those settings. One point of interest is that one of the action screws was close to 90 inch lbs from the factory and my smith told me I was lucky something had not cracked under that much tension. So yes, it might be worth experimenting with the torque settings.
