buck vantage rubbing when opened

hey all so ive been carrying a buck vantage avid for a couple weeks and earlier tonight i noticed that opening it there seemed to be some resistance and rubbing while opening it, and in fact i opened and closed it several times and it got worse to the point where it really takes a good flick to open it with the flipper....i been looking for some mini torx but cant find them so until i can get to town to buy a set i wanna find out if any of you have had this problem with the buck vantages...o and this is i knife i liberated off my brother when he found out it isnt the s30v steel or whatever so i dont think the warranty moves over to me

They will repair it for $10.00 back to new condition. Plus they will renew the warranty to you.

I expect that if it is a new purchase Buck will replace/repair it free of charge. You'll have to pay shipping to get it there, but they'll ship it back.

Or you could just take it back to the retailer as defective.

Thanks y'all took it apart and rubbed rem oil on it tried it and still rubbing, took it back apart and put graphite to lube it still rubbing really bad maybe half a cm from pivot point it's getting sent off
