Budget Red Dot for AR

I have used Holosun and it works.

If i did it again, I would probably try a Primary Arms.

Not exactly "budget", but I've become partial to the Vortex Sparc. Runs about $200.

A budget red dot may be a little more expensive than you can imagine and definitely more disappointing than you would like. If you buy budget you may end up buying again simply because you did not like it. Take some extra time a month or two and save up an additional $100 dollars and you will be a lot happier buying a higher priced but better product.

I did and ended up buying the Vortex Spitfire Prism which has a 3X mag. I love it on my AR. For about about $100 less you can buy the 1X, I am old so my eyes need magnification.

There are a lot of better options than the TRS-25 now if you spend just a little bit more money...

I like the Holosun HS503c the most, but you also have the Truglo Tru-tec, Primary Arms Micro dot, and the Sig Romeo
