Alright I have not gotten my rifle yet. But I will soon enough
So far this is what I have and what I'm going to have on the list so far.

SGL31-61
EMA Tactical AK Mag Release.
FAB AK47/74 Rail System.
BlackHawk Cheek Pad
Tapco AK74 Magazine's
CAA AK47 Pistol Grip
Was thinking on doing Excess Big Dot sites, but I'm not buying the tools or paying a gunsmith. And if I plan on running optics so I'm not worried about it that much.

What am I missing guys? Help me out.

Thats what the SGL31-61 is.. a converted Saiga in 5.45
I just want to throw on some " tacticool " stuff and want to know what works best guys.

Any links on why the things you posted are better than the one's I selected?
Sure.

The MI Rail offers a much better mounting solution for Optics than the MAKO forearm.

It actually puts the sights where they should go (as does the RK mount) and lets you get a proper cheek weld and not a Chin weld.

AKs are already nose heavy, so putting more stuff out front can negatively affect handling. Optics in an RK mount allow for a more neutral balance.

As a general rule of thumb, Tapco magazines are crap. If my life was on the line I would rather have one beat up Bulgarian magazine than 10 brand new Tapcos.

The EMA magazine release is incompatible with many surplus magazines, or a least was at introduction.....that means that it wasn't even tested with them. There are further implications to that.

Besides, it won't help you with a fast magazine change anyway.

Reaver, I know exactly what the SGL series is, Ive got one myself.
My point is that you can get an SGL 31 for 800+ bucks and it is a great rifle. However, you want your tacticool...stuff and the Saiga for 400 dollars will allow you to do the same thing.

IMO if you want to make a tacticool AK, get a Saiga. If you want an AK, get an arsenal :)

This will help you: http://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=87485

Also check out Warrior talk forums, they're the go to for serious AK shooters.

Most of the AK gurus these days run their guns simple. Right now most guys set their guns up with a good sling and an ultimak gas tube rail with an aimpoint mounted low.

If you just want to show off, all the things on your list will suit your purpose. But the plastic rail is a no-go for anything other than range shooting. Also get yourself a set of gloves.

Thanks for all the help guys, I think I'll end up going with what ( Sam Cade ) recommended.
I trust Sturmgewehre Reviews.

Thanks guys. I'll let you know what I end up doing with some follow up pictures and video's.

Also look up Sonny Puzikas' Beyond the Firearm DVD. He was a Spetsnaz and his videos are informative if you want to learn how to run an AK effectively. Also look up Gabe Suarez, he's another big AK instructor. Search youtube.

If it matters to you:
'Suarez International' is dedicated to His service, and this section exists to glorify His name and to provide encouragement to our brothers-in-arms that serve Him as Christian Warriors.

...and then we have this:

and this

And any gun guru out there that wants to test himself against our "games", I can arrange a plane ride to a remote place in Colombia where we can play it for real with whatever guns he wants to use. We will only need one ticket back.

While I'll never take or recommend a class taught by Gabe Suarez himself, I do find his DVD and forum pretty informative regarding technique and equipment selection.

I don't jive with the whole Christian warrior stuff either.
