I decided to take advantage of the nice weather and build a shooting bench. I generally followed these plans:

Other than the fact that it weighs a ton (which I know is good for shooting - not so good for moving it into place), I’m pretty happy with the results. I used pressure-treated 2”x6” for the framing and Trex decking for the top. (It’s my “go to” material for exterior projects!). I used 2 1/2” GRK fasteners — so it’s solid.
Now to finish the backstop so I can use it!!
