A warrant should be good enough to get the bullet. I bet he is a model citizen who would never hurt anyone or do anything wrong
. To bad he was shot accidently by that stray bullet
. He should leave it in to prove he did not commit a crime and stand-up for his right to not get arrested for robbing a used car salesman
