What an interesting rifle! The article shows how it was built, using a lever action Ruger and a new bullpup frame. I just really appreciate the engineering and creativity that it took to build this and wanted to share. Do you think this could be the wave of the future for people who want a home defense gun but can't have a semi auto?

Ridiculous. And not to be outdone, they had to add both a forward hand grip and a Harris bipod to this thing...

What a waste of mental energy.

Would I buy one? Nope, but the fact that it exists makes me smile. Some things are worth doing just for the sheer silliness of the thing.

Bonus points for this being done in a repressive regulatory environment.

I honestly thought about swiping past the article, but now I’m glad I didn’t. It didn’t look NEAR as hideous as I figured it would. Is it practical? Not really. They DID however, take a crazy idea and do a great job bringing it to reality, and I respect them for that.
I wonder how it would feel to operate a bull pup lever. Linkage and all that nonsense.

Whats ridiculous are the UK gun laws which allow this thing, but a Ruger Deerfield .44 Carbine would be illegal, even though it only has a 4-round magazine.....

Given the situation, I think he built it as much to thumb his nose at the system than anything else. Bully good show, I say!
