I’d bet he can produce his license to manufacture ammo. He has way too much forsale and it looks like he is collecting sales tax.
That seller DOES have an FFL, the FFL badge is shown right next to his user name.
He has "way too much for sale" because HE IS A BUSINESS.
Business are often required to collect sales tax regardless of where the buyer is located. In fact GUNBROKER now collects sales tax on behalf of sellers.
I’d tell him you feel deceived and Either want to return for full refund or he needs to supply his paperwork to prove he is legal.
In less than ten seconds I looked up the sellers 07FFL (Manufacturer). What him having an FFL has to do with being deceived or getting a refund is beyond me.
Simply feeling deceived isn't a crime and not the fault of the seller. Not knowing what you are buying or hoping that what you are buying is actually what you want is not the fault of the seller. Last spring I had a customer buy a S&W M&P Shield. Next day he brings it back because its jammed up tight with a live round in the chamber. He had gone to Academy and bought 9mmMAK/9x18, not 9mmP/9x19mm. "It was all they had". It wasn't Academy's fault for not making it clear that the two are not interchangeable.
You might leave him feedback explaining your issue too no matter his solution. I guess the stars depends on his paperwork and how they shoot.
Seller has left retaliatory feedback (F's) on every dissatisfied buyer. One dissatisfied buyer is one thing, but Reeds Ammunition has multiple bad feedbacks due to the vague description of what he is selling. There's a reason he doesn't post photos......its not manufactured by Nosler and is manufactured by Reeds. He doesn't want to show the plain white box or other packaging to indicate its made by him. That's not a scam, but weasel marketing and almost always tarnishes a sellers reputation.
Carefully read his GB listing:

1. It's new PPU brass.
2. It's loaded with 130gr Nosler Accubond bullets
3. 20 rounds per box
4. Velocity and energy are his own calculations.
5. Nowhere does he state its manufactured by Nosler. Again....No WHERE.
6. The last line of his description gives his website address...........of his company that manufactures ammunition!
7. Go to that website, click on the blue "Online Store" button, then Rifle ammunition>Metric calibers>6.5x55 and you'll see the various loads for that cartridge.
8. Click on the photo and violins!
Guess who is shown as the manufacturer?
In no way am I excusing Reeds for anything. I don't think its a scam but definitely smarmy. When one buyer is confused about what he bought most sellers edit their listing to eliminate confusion, unhappy buyers and the possible bad feedback. But Mr. Reed didn't do that.
He has literally thousands of good feedbacks on his ammunition.
It's possible that what the OP received is better than what Nosler makes.
