Buying a Rock River, would like feedback

Last time I took mine shooting, it would not feed properly and I kept having to use the forward assist to get the bolt to close all the way. Out of 90 rds. this happened about 10 times. Got home and realized I forgot to re-lube the bolt and associated parts after its last celaning. D'OH! :what: Did I ever feel "stoopid"! :p
BTW, this was only the second time it was used, so it was still a new rifle needing to be broken in. With a little CLP, she still runs like a sewing machine.

I have the entry tactical, never a single problem, never a single problem... little pricey. You get what you pay for. Love that little black gun.

Uh, they do have chrome-lined barrels

The RRA rep at the recent NRA show told me that they do NOT have chrome lined barrels and "you don't need one anyway, unless you are using it in a jungle"(?)
Maybe its an option? I don't know.

The rep you spoke with needs remedial training on their product line.

While it's true that their "standard" line rifles do not get linings, it is an option on at least some - I know - I have one. Heck - their website will even tell you this.

Thanks for all the feedback! I'm now more excited than ever about this gun :)

p.s. I'm getting a chrome lined barrel, it was $40 extra, they most definately do this mod... go to their site like Bill said, it looks like EVERY rifle they have offers this option.

RRA's rep you spoke with didn't even know they offer chrome lineing? Good grief, being knowledgeable about your product is probably a sales rep's top skill. I think I need to post RRA my resume, I'll even go above and beyond the call of duty and fire their rifles a lot on the weekend, just provide me the ammo!:neener:

Time to get a new cell phone... I just received a voicemail sayin my RRA has been at the store for close to a month!! My cell phone is very old so I'm blaming it :banghead: Anyways I'm picking it up this Monday, and will be shooting it shortly there after!
