C&R application question

I just received the packet with the C&R application, and already I have a question. Question 10. A. Are you in possession of a valid hunting license or permit lawfully isued in the United States. To which, I would answer NO - I don't have a hunting license.

Under that it states if "yes" then fill out some more questions. But "If you answered 'NO', you likely cannot lawfully posses a firearm and therefore cannot be a federal firearms licensee." What the heck does having a hunting license have to do with owning/buying firearms? OMG...I guess that I've bought all my guns illegally...and I pulled my California CCW outta box of Cracker Jacks!!

Thanks for any information and letting me vent over the crazy question.

Question 10 and its subsections are only for nonimmigrant aliens, not for natural-born or naturalized citizens. I am not sure about permanent residents.

Yep, your right. I can tell I've been in the PRK too long...I've started to get paranoid and delusional!!!
