C&R Application

Hey guys, im currently having abit of trouble in a specific part of the form. I dont know if this is the right section, and i dont kwo if anybody has filled out one of these recently but,

On the form for #10 which is where it says "nonimmmigrant alien certification of compliance with 18 USC"

It has 3 sections a,b, and c.
Since i am a us citizen what exactly do i need to fill out form this section?

and i just wrote my name on the section A, did anybody do the same thing and left the other 2 sections blank?

This afternoon i called the 1-800 number to ask a representative for help in this specific area but she was kinda sounding unsure of herself, so i decided to ask here. I have attached a copy of the part for better undestanding.

I called about that same issue and was told to either write N/A or leave it blank.

I've always been told that it's never a good idea to leave anything blank on a government form, so I always put N/A if it doesn't apply.

Remember, the government doesn't like emptiness, they even print on blank pages in a book "This page intentionally left blank".

Always bothered me since once they printed that on there it wasn't blank anymore, but that's another story I guess.

Gun laws are stupid.

Thanks for the response guys, in this case I think I may have to get a hold of another form since I already put my last and first name on section a. Does anybody have a free form? The ones I ordered haven't come in yet and id be afraid of calling them and letting them now what happen just in case they tell me its okay and to submit it and then once I submit it it gets returned back then it would be wasting time.

I finally got my application 3 days ago and jesus i had to wait a long time to get it. I have two questions on what you put.

1- on #9 where it asks a series of questions like name,address,country of citizenship and dob and etc. what did you put for position and social? i was wondering wether to put for position either owner or collector?

2- and all the way in #15 where you actually sign and date it there is a space in between that says "title" what did you put there?

also one more question in number on number 11A, if i asnwered yes since I recently got my concealed wepaons permit what do i put in a seperate sheet of paper like it states to attach? just an explanation or a copy of the license?

1. For position, I put "collector".

2. For title, I also put "collector". You should answer "no" for 11A. A CCW is not a Federal Firearms License.
