C&R Question

I'm going to get one but I have one question. With the 03 FFL I can have both C&R eligible rifles and handguns shipped directly to me, correct?

Yup. The biggest drawback to the 03 is the cost (and I am NOT talking about the paltry $30 it cost to get).
