This is bad news. If you are in CA contact your CA reps to urge a no vote.

AB1237 is a new anti-gun-owner bill being pushed through as you read this. It would allow biased researchers affiliated with the California Firearm Violence Research Center at UC Davis access to each and EVERY firearm transaction across California -- including YOUR sensitive, personal data.

Note the below

“may be available to any other nonprofit bona fide research institution or public agency concerned with the study and prevention of violence”

So in addition to giving the information to UC Davis they can give it to any bona fide research institution....

So you private info is in essence no longer private.

*Note: What is needed to be considered a bona-fide research institution in CA is to submit anything that supports Gov Newsome's and the political party that supports him. All other research need not apply.
