COE.. "Persons who have a curio and relic collector's license issued by the BATF and who have a valid COE issued by the DOJ are exempt from the waiting period only when purchasing curio and relic firearms. The dealer must retain a copy of the FFL collector's license and the COE."
I had thought that once you had a COE that you could forgo the wait on all guns.. but not so.. I thought that long guns over 50 years old and C&R could be obtained without a wait. Now I'm really confused. So, without a COE you need to wait for a 60 year old C&R rifle, but Century can ship to your door???????????

Should you have a C&R, but not have a COE, how can Century, or other out of state dealers ship to your door??
