Ca compliant

Does anyone know the difference between a California compliant Springfield 1911 military spec and a running the mill Springfield 1911 military spec?

ILS mainspring housing lock for CA model, others get generic MSH.

It appears @Otto is on the money. I was going to mention the loaded chamber indicator but it appears all Springfields have that now.
