Sales Tax is charged on mail, internet, and telephone orders for deliveries in Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and West Virginia.
