Nice price for primers, not including the $20 HAZMAT fee if you have them shipped. This may be a "one day only" sale. I also noticed that they have added a new function to their primer and powder listings that will let you check availability in their stores, which will come in very handy for anyone that lives within driving distance to one of their store locations.

DaBruins...Where you finding that store primer/powder listing? I don't see that function listed on their site.

When I just checked, it no longer shows local availability for the S&B primers, which is very odd, it was working earlier today. I can still see local availability for CCI, Winchester, and Federal primers, but they are not on sale. Maybe the sale price is for online purchases only and they have updated their web site to reflect that?

But, the function for checking availability is located on the product detail page, at the top of the table which lists the products. There should be a pull-down to select the state and store, and the availability will show up under the "Add To Cart" button in the table. Hope this helps!

Edit: the pull-down is not available for the S&P primers, you'll need to try a different product, such as the CCI or Federal primers, gun powder, etc.

Just curious. When I order something from Cabelas they charge sales tax. Is that because there's a store in my state, or do they charge it to everyone?

Yes, if there's a store in your state, then on line orders are charged your state's tax same as buying from that in state store.

For the primers, the sale is still on the web site. I called the B&M north of me to ensure they had enough to make it worth my trip up. When I got there, the price was a regular $24.99. I inquired at the register and his look up also showed no restriction that this was an online sale only. So he called a manager over for a price override calling it a "Cabela's price match".

Let's see now, $17.99/brick + $20 off coupon if over $100 + some Cabela's points and I got them for $10.50 a brick :D :D Not to mention the $20 hazmat save :D

Let's just say the wife was about as happy as me.
