Went to an estate sale this weekend and bought a Caesar Guerini Essex 20 gauge, 28" barrel for $2100.00. It looks like a nice gun for the price, but I have never heard of them before this. Anyone have any experience with this gun maker? Are they quality shotguns and how did I do on price?

You picked up a good gun by a very reputable Italian manufacturer. Do a Google search and look for gun reviews. You'll find they are excellent quality for the money.

According to the 2006 standard catalog of Firearms, those shotguns are made in Italy and were introduced into the USA in 2004. I don't see the Essex listed but the prices range from $2300 up to $6700 depending on the model.
One model has barrels up to 34" available.
