california 30 day wait violation, affect ccw?

I purchased a firearm and it was dros a day before the 30 day waiting period was up since I bought a firearm approxiamtely 29-30 days prior to this incident. The registration was turned down by DOJ and a new registration had to be filed. Due to this incident, would it hurt my chances of getting a ccw in california in San Bernadino as long as I have a good cause? Thank you.

Well, part of the problem with the current CCW structure in Ca. is that _anything_ can be something that affects your ability to get ccw; your hair color, how you dress, what you do, your driving record, and how recently the Sheriff "got some" could all play a part. If the Sheriff was made aware of this denial he could sure use it as a reason, not that he needs to look for one since he could deny you on the account of its Tuesday and be within the law.
