So I got a Leatherman MUT EOD for Christmas. Great tool, love it. But I have couple of questions:
1) Can you damage the fuse wire cutter blades by using them on standard stranded/solid wire?
2) If so, are the teeth for the standard MUT, which do appear to be for standard wire a drop-in replacement fit for the MUT EOD's fuse wire cutter teeth?
I do quite a bit of electrical work, and I am not an EOD tech, so the crimpers are useful, I'd prefer to have standard wire cutting functionality. That having said, the C4 punch works gangbusters for opening the schraeder valves I come into contact with daily.
