There are illegal cars depending on how they're configured. I tried to find a link listing illegal modifications, but from what I've seen they're at the county and state level.

One pea in a pod isn't an "alternative" to an identical pea in the same pod.

On gun control there is NO difference between Giuliani and Clinton. They're both virulently against the right of the people to keep and bear arms, and they're both willing to lie about it.

But that's not even my major reason to oppose Giuliani with every fiber of my body.

I have THREE reason why I will NEVER vote for Giuliani, under ANY circumstance, no matter against WHOM he runs.

suprisingly enough look at the most rediculous veh emmissions laws and gun laws, CA, NY, MD, are all at the top of the list for both. I think anti personal rights politicians are mostly regional, a Texas Democrat would normally be expected to be less of an anti than a NY republican.
