Back at the end of October I had a little incident with my Carnivore.


Contacted customer service who gave me instructions on how to return it. Today FedEx backed down the driveway and dropped this:

on the porch.

They said sorry for the delay, we short staffed due to certain events( my words not theirs).

Judging by the length of the handles, it looks like the new one is significantly shorter.

If so, it makes me think that they may have had too many returns with the long one - too much leverage while prying snapping the blade.
