The real one is really hard to find. However, there are some that is very similar.

Real swiss diopter sights are nigh impossible to find in the US and those that were are special orders from Switzerland costing a few hundred dollars. I know your trouble of finding them. I been looking for similar things for my 1911 that I don't have to alter anything on it. I just find with my eyesight peepsights are far easier for me.
