can I swap a winchester model 70 barrel on to a model 670?

I have a 30 06 that I am not a fan of, I would love to find a 6.5 at 55 Swede but could settle with a 270 Winchester. I can't find any barrels out there for my 670 so I was hoping I could just use a winchester model 70 barrel. Please let me know what your thoughts are on this.

Should. A 670 is a lower end M70. Difference is the stock, mag and finish. A 6.5x 55 will likely be a custom barrel. Look at Douglas and the other barrel makers sites.
