I am curious if any of the newer powders on the market are able to deliver similar velocities to older load data but at lower pressures in 30-40 Krag. Not looking to hot rod it, I’m just curious if I can get similar performance with less bolt thrust on the action with the technological advancements in today’s powders.
I’m curious what quickload predicts for a 180 grain Speer at say 35,000 max pressure in a 21” barrel. Anybody want to run that for me?
