I don't know much about it, the receiver is stamped EWBANK MFG Winslow AZ 7.62x39 300XXX, there is another stamp with a triangle then 1982S-kAM1110. It has a Saiga stock with a pistol grip. I take it EWBANK made it, I'd guess it was made in 1982 by the stamp but their site says they weren't around back them.

It looks like a saiga judging by the stock, and foregrip. But its not, the receiver doesn't have the holes drilled in the right spots.

By the way the foregrip looks like it is going to fall off due to the wrong gas tube being installed on the top I would probably stay away. Someone took your average AK and made it looke like a Saiga conversion.

Wow is that thing ugly. Looks like a Saiga that they added a standard receiver (Ewbanks) to.

2 ways this could have been. 1-- They took a regular AK build, and attempted to recreate a Saiga look, by extending the handguard holder, and the gas tube, and a few other changes. 2- would be if they demilled a Saiga, and rebuilt it on a Ewbanks receiver.

ODD either way.

It looks like the Saiga stock didn't originally come with the barrel, it doesn't fit on perfectly because of the cleaning rod piece that the saiga's don't have.

Somebody built a kit on a Ewbanks receiver and stuck Saiga furniture on it, which looks totally ridiculous w/ the ill fitting front and mismatched sporter stock + pistol grip. It's looks like the front trunion is either welded into the receiver or they only bothered w/ one of the trunion rivets on each side. The finish looks like ass. Do you own this gun? I'd at least get some proper furniture on it pronto if so.

That is a bubba build if ever I've seen one.

Run, don't walk

away from that POS.

As mentioned, it's a build using a Eubanks receiver (which in and of itself is fine) probably on an 82 Romanian G receiver (also fine). They took a left over Saiga stock and slapped it on - way too long with a pistol grip unless you are a 6'8" basketball player. The receiver must be welded - no rivets on the back two trunion holes.

A piece of work to be sure - a very poor example of a kit build.
