Can these be reloaded

Boxer primed brass, good to go.

That's a good price -- that's what I paid for steel cased Wolf at the toy store a couple weeks ago.

S&B is good brass, but the primer pockets are sometimes too tight (if so, just ream them the first time like you would military crimped primers, except these will be easier to decap)

Will a Dillon primer-pocket swage work on the smaller S&B pockets? or do you HAVE to ream them?

I haven't had the issues with S&B brass reported by zxcvbob. They work just fine. And better, they use the small rifle primers, so absent some real bad match between your chamber and dies, the brass will last a long time.

Some are too tight (.38 SPL and .357 Magnum) and some are not (.30 Carbine.) And even with the ones that are too tight, I only have problems with Remington primers. I haven't tried any 7.62's.

A swager or a reamer should work; but you might not have to do anything.

I have problems with S&B .380 cases at times with tight primer pockets. I use a Lyman's primer pocket reamer which takes care of the problem. I don't reload thousands of rounds at one time. If I did, I would look at a swager.
