Can't remember that darn quote

I recall reading, many moons ago, a bit of prose by a certain Mr. Cooper (of the Holy Four Coopers) regarding why he didn't like the idea of hunting the great cats. I've searched the Great Halls of Google and come up with precisely bupkiss. Can anyone lend a hand here? It may have been from one of his books (To Ride, Shoot Straight, and Speak the Truth is the only one I've read) I'm not entirely sure.
