Carbom 15 sights?

I have a carbon 15 AZ-C15M4PRE. It has a integral rear sight. Does anyone know if a red dot sight can be mounted without interference from rear sight?

I have a C15M4 and I've mounted several different sights on it - Pentax red dot, Bushnell Holosight, Eotec - without any trouble. I never liked the integral sight and because I use a scope on mine I recently had the sight milled off of it so that I could use lower rings. Now it is a flat top with nothing in the way, I have a JPoint red dot piggybacked on my scope.

I thought about taking mine off or get a striped upper flattop.
Does yours work ok?
