Carry what you are comfortable with and maintain your readiness and situational aware
I'm a big fellow as my clothes come from the Tall & Big Men store. Most of the time I carry a a 2 1/4" SP101 in a pancake and it is nearly impossible to detect, in super stealth mode in an IWB. You would have to frisk me to find it in the waist band. In that occasional time, I carry a GLOCK 21 in a pancake; if I turn just right you will see it, but I can get away with that too. Most of my shirts are the pocket pull overs like a golfing shirts. I carry a speedloader with the revolver and a spare magizine with the GLOCK even though I don't know why. If 14 rounds of .45 acp isn't enough something real bad has gone terribly wrong. Its all about body size, build and clothing. Carry what you are comfortable with and maintain your readiness and situational awareness!
