Carry Handle Sight Adjustment Increments

I have been shooting a 20” barreled A4 clone using a PSA lower and premium upper with an FN barrel. For the current load I am adjusting windage. I have a PSA brand carry handle sight as well. Does anyone know the increments on the vertical drum and the windage knob?

This is asking something I learned and forgot a long time ago. So I had to look it up in the old manuals I learned it from. What you are looking for is in the Field Manual (FM) 3-22.9 on page 2-5. Roughly page 31 when looking at it through a pdf reader. Screenshot and source below.
