I personally prefer to carry a sub compact in a concealed holster under a tee for EDC. If I'm carrying a compact or full size then I throw a button up shirt over it. I'm of the thought that if someone approaches me with hostile intent I dont want them knowing I'm armed until it's too late.
I've notices a lot of people pursuing the open carry route lately. large not so discrete holsters on their side plain as day. From a tactical perspective I see this as a disadvantage.
I personally tend to frown on this. I think it says look at me I have a gun, or worse some people seem like they're just looking for trouble. Now I know some places aren't as easy on concealed carry as AZ. Putting that aside, say you could carry either way what do you choose and why.
