Carrying 228 vs 239

I posted this question over on sigforum.com, and I am hoping to get some more opinions here.

I know that it boils down to a personal preference and what you feel most comfortable with and shoot the best. All other things (prices, shootability, etc) aside, what I am asking is if it is really any harder to conceal a Sig 228 over a Sig 239? I will probably carry IWB. If you have carried both, let me know what you think. The measurement differences seem small to me - .5" in length and .3" in height and width, but I am new to carrying (permit on the way) and would like to hear from some more informed people on this.

I have a p228 and for me it is a little bulkey for IWB, but it comes down to getting use to carrying it. Which pistol feels better in my hand would be my guide. The p228 feels like part of me, it feels great. I did not care for the feel of the p239 or the p229. A good holster & belt will go along way in CCW. I ended up buying a Kahr K9 for primary CCW and it is considerably thinner and smaller than the Sig. Either Sig pistol is a good choice. Good luck!
