Case stuck in die. please help

I do what Jamie does, mix Lee Lube and alcohol, spray it on. Only stuck case I had was when I was using the wrong case holder and didn't realize it, I forgot to take my 38 case holder off sizing 9mm cases. It when up ok, but didn't come down. Easy fix, use the 9mm case holder .
