PS you don't need a lathe. An electric drill and hand tools do just fine.

I got the RCBS stuck case removal kit many years ago, but you can also just do as "Laphroaig" suggests......

From Dillon die owners manual:

In the event of a stuck case, the design of the depriming assembly
allows it to function as a stuck-case remover.

Simply remove the silver clip, loosen the stem lock nut and then spin it up
to the top of the stem. With a wrench, turn the depriming assembly into the die.
“Clockwise” turns will loosen the stuck case. Use pliers to remove the case from the
depriming assembly.

Please disregard. I was able to get it by taking the die apart and poking it out with a hammer and screwdriver

Got to wonder why you didn't just use the built-in stuck case remover feature of your Dillon die?

I would wonder that too if it were a rifle die. Never stuck a case in them but Dillon rifle and pistol dies are different designs.

It never occurred to me you could stick a case in a handgun die.

So I assumed it was a rifle die.

I wouldn't think so, only way would be to use the wrong shell holder but couldn't tell from the photo what it was.

I just had to drill one out of my .223 die. It was a lot work but finally got it out. Now I'm waiting on a new neck expander tip for it.
