Does all the cat hair help with accuracy/velocity?

I would consider owning one but being deathly allergic doesn't help the matter.

My Siamese cat Hannibal and my pre-conversion Saiga .223. Good thing I never had to rely on that cat for varmints, though. As big and fat as he is, he just doesn't notice anything below a certain size, that size typically being about the size of his food bowl.
