Our newest cat, Benji, rescued from a litter found under a shed, after a big range trip. Simply exhausted. He's a live wire when he's awake.

WardenWolf, sorry to hear that. He was a lovely looking Siamese and you obviously took great care of him. I had two Burmese cats growing up and they were very special. They would go for walks with our dogs and I would often end up having to carry them home if it was a long walk.

Ah I remember this thread, nice to see some new posts on here!

Sorry to say my cat, pictured on the first page, passed away in March, after 18 long happy years. RIP old buddy.
Sorry for you loss, it's always tough loosing a good feline companion:(

:(I am so sorry to hear that. He looked like my first cat, Riley. Riley never got to live a long life and died in a tragic home accident. Two of my subsequent cats lived 13 years, Meatball, a gorgeous Seal/Chocolate point, and Gunner, a Blue Mink Tonkinese. We took all their deaths quite hard. Sometimes it seems the only way to prevent this pain is to not have animals. But you then deprive yourself of all those years of unconditional love. I hope my 16 YO Tonk, Max still has a few good years left in him, but he seems quite happy and even takes at times to chasing his little charge, Kaylee, around the house.

Remember the good times.

So good to see that I am not the only softie in my old age. A few years ago my daughter was visiting when she proclaimed "My God, My daddy is holding a Cat and Brushing It". Before my bout with cancer I didn't want a cat within 15 ft, my cat has been a blessing and she still rules the house.

The Cat you have there under the hood of the Pete makes me want to be back on the road again, had to park mine in 2004 but not by choice.

My cat Kasparov (after the Russian chess player) but we call him "Kaspy".

And after a productive reloading session, we join one of our other cats, Snape in watching some TV...

I'm inclined to think that anyone who loves to hunt has to at least appreciate a cat.

I'm intrigued by the duality of the cat. I've always found it interesting that the same creature that was curled up in my lap purring one minute will be mercilessly biting the head off a mouse in the basement a few minutes later.

Thought I'd add my fat friend Sir Roland Ironfist on here. He's got good taste, even doing what he does best: sleeping. Best cat ever btw stops at the carpet line at the kitchen doesn't claw anything and no jumping on tables or counters, got lucky.

Or the same cat that lures you into petting it by laying upside down and then wraps its claws around your ankle hahaha.

Glad to see many cat owners here. I love dogs too but a cat perplexes me with its general aloofness and attitude. Interesting creatures.

No cats were harmed in the making of this movie.:D "Boondock Saints" WARNING: Strong Language & Graphic Violence. Do not watch if you are sensitive, underage, or weak of heart.
