Hi all, Im currently in the market for a new carry gun. Currently I have a 1911 that i bought a couple holsters to carry it, but its too big for me and digs into my flesh when concealed. I have run across 3 choices, the Ruger LCP, Springfield XD9sc, and CZ P-01.
Why these:
LCP: price, pocket size, fit hand but would want the mag extensions.
XD: love the XD line and 2 safeties. Again, fits hand but would want the mag extensions.
P-01: absolutely love how it feels in my hand. most comfortable compact IMO, very good rep on here.
Of the 3 the closest I have come to testing any of them was a XD9 4" service, and i personally loved the feel of the gun. But im looking for something smaller.
Right now a local shop has a used XD9sc for $350 as well as new LCP's on sale for $250. The P-01 isnt anywhere near this price point at over $600 at any shop around.
Which would you guys prefer?
