More on Disney...
Guys - - -
I've carried into Disney several times, but i don't do it so much any more.
Here's some things you out-of-staters should be aware of concerning Florida trespass law:
If you are asked to leave an establishment for any reason, and you refuse, you are guilty of trespass.
If you are ARMED and you refuse to leave, you are guilty of aggravated trespass, a FELONY.
If Disney discovers that you are armed, they will not only ask you to leave (and you sure better do that, without debate or delay), but they may also ban you from entering their parks forever.
Disney tickets are linked to you via fingerprints, which you have to supply when you enter the park. If you are banned from the park, and try to enter anyway, even by adopting some new identify, you may very well be discovered. If you did, in fact, fake a new identy, then you're combining fraud with trespass, and (I may be wrong here) that may also be considered aggravated trespass, which as I said, is a felony.
You may, however, keep your firearm in your car in the Disney parking lots. Florida's "parking lot" law allows both employees and customers to keep firearms in their cars while on company property. This is the compromise I've adopted.
Why compromise? Because my normal carry techniques can "print" under certain conditions, and I don't want the outline of a J-frame in my pocket to show when some ride attendant is checking to be sure I'm strapped in. Also, when the weather gets hot, I sweat a lot, and that can reveal a concealed firearm under some conditions.
