CCW At VT

Do we know for sure if there were, and if so how many, CCW permit holders there were in Norris Hall on the day of the VT shooting? Do we know their identity and whether any were injured/killed?

I thought at least one VT student had come forward saying that he was there but was disarmed by the regulations.

However, I'm not certain if he was in the building, or just on the campus.
