That would make for some interesting reading, and if there was someone on the CCW list that was also among the casualties at VT - that would show that the policy of prohibiting guns on campus definitively disarmed a lawful CCW holder who, being disarmed, was killed or injured and was in close enough contact with the gunman that they could have prevented this.

My math shows that there's a (1-.99^50)/ = 39.4% chance that one of the victims was a CCW holder, and a (1-.99^200) = 96% chance that there was a disarmed CCW holder in a room with him at some point.
Let me say that again. There a 96% chance that there was a disarmed CCW holder near the gunman at some point that could have stopped this had they not been disarmed. And I don't think that's too far of a stretch.
