How do you usually carry your firearm while concealed?

For me I carry in the waistband with no holster, its just convenient

You lefy out crotch carry or BWB (below waistband).
No, I don't consider SmartCarry a form of IWB, because it's much deeper concealment.

*sigh*
Every poll on this forum is doomed to failure. there is always someone who says you forgot or should have included. oh if only................

You left out fanny pack and should have made it multiple choice. I had to vote other, as sometimes I carry in a belt holster, sometimes IWB, sometimes pocket holster, sometimes fanny pack, sometimes shoulder holster. I also carry a BUG concealed in an Uncle Mike's armor holster attached to my vest when on duty. For deep cover I have a concealment T-shirt. It all depends on the season and what I'm doing at the time. Yep, polls that make too many assumptions are doomed to failure on this board.

While at work I wear overalls, so then I pocket my KEL-TEC .380. When I wear shorts, I IWB and pocket carry. And when I wear pants, I just IWB. So, I voted other.

I voted IWB holstered because that is the usual , but also use shoulder, ankle, or pocket depending on the particular pistol and dress code of the day . OWB belt seldom and only for large framed pistols.

I usually carry a Kimber ULTRA II in a on the belt Mernickle PS6 Extreme High rise. An IWB is uncomfortable to me (guess I'm too skinny) and with the Mernickle I ALMOST forget its there.

I picked other because multiple choices weren't allowed. Sometimes Inside the waistband, sometimes outside, sometimes pocket carry, sometimes open carry and sometimes in a backpack. It all depends on the gun and the daily situation.

For larger weapons like a Glock or a CZ-75, I use either a Fobus paddle holster or a a Galco belt holster.

But honestly....for small light-weight guns like a P-22 or PPK, just tucking it in your waistband is fine. cinch your belt down on it, and It wont move all day, even if you sit down or stand up. Its also a HECK of a lot more comfortable than most holsters, so your prone to carry more often.

Pocket most often, because I usually have a S&W 642 on me. But I also carry my Springer 1911 IWB quite often as well...

Outside on the belt

Unless I am carrying my 642 as my only gun then it's pocket holster. Same when I carry it as a bug or the P32 also in a pocket holster.
