I just looked up those smart carry holsters. They don't look too comfortable to me, despite what everyone says. I bet it would make me a lot more vigilant to prevent ND's though!!!

I voted IWB w/o holster due to my location. I don't carry in public (for now), so it just didn't make sense to invest in a high quality carry rig when it's only in the home.

Had to go with pocket, because you said usually. I almost always have a "mouse" in my pocket.

Mostly: PM9 or 642 in the pocket, Mika, Mike's, or Nemesis, depending on pocket depth, shape.

When I have the luxury of wearing more concealing clothes, belt slide with thumb break.

I like paddle holsters and OWB holsters. They're very comfortable - to me - and are not that difficult to conceal.

IWB OR OWB, although I've been doing the "open carry" thing around Norfolk for awhile now and have noticed that it might as well be concealed because not one person has noticed.
