was browsing the net the other night, and saw what appears to be an hk93 clone from Century, anyone have any experience with them, Good or bad?
should i pass on it

Yep, the C93 has been debated here often. Take a look at the threads in nalioth's link. Generally, though the C93 seems to be an attractive rifle that a lot of people want to love (and some do), the C93 has had quite a few problems reported by its users. This is definitely a "buyer beware" sort of thing.

The gun is a lot of fun, is very accurate, functions well, given its a Century build and a carbine. The bad is they need to be inspected in person first. Some builds are finished better then others.Bolt gap needs to be measured to make sure that it is correct. Some Century builds were built incorrectly. Also bolt gap needs to be rechecked after use to see if it has changed. Some Guns loose there gap because of a improper way of pinning the barrel.Google C93 bolt gap for more info. With that being said I think bolt gap spec might be overblown topic,as many of these guns function great with a low bolt gap.I love my C93.Hk roller lock guns are fun!!! The price is right and Century will fix a bad gun,but there warranty is short and make sure its current or be ready to take a gamble!

so instead of using the one time fix of +sized rollers could the barrel just be repositioned to fix the bolt gap?
If the gun hasn't been "ground to fit" by the drunk monkeys, sure, that would work.

Unfortunately, the drunk monkeys don't quite comprehend German precision, and sometimes grind parts to fit, instead of taking the time to fit them properly.

Yes the barrel can be repressed and a new pin put in.This does take some skill and sometimes a new barrel is needed.Ghille bear on The hk forum does excellent work but this could run close to 300 to 400 dollars. Most of the grinding was done on the bolt face which wasn't to often and a bolt is a easy replacement.
