MY 223 loads with this powder are ejecting at two, two thirty while my loads with h355 and w748 eject at four, four thirty. factory round eject the same four, four thirty. I tried 55gr, 69gr, 77gr bullets with the same results. I used load data from hornadys book started low and stayed about a half a grain under max(tried 223 and 5.56 data) and got the same ejection pattern. I don,t see signs of pressure in the primers or brass. The loads are accurate and everything runs fine so I don't think I need to worry about it just want to be sure before I move forward. I'm only asking because I've read that 12 to 3 ejection can be a pressure sign. What do you guys think?

The ejection pattern that most people use for an AR is for a rifle. Carbines are gassed differently and don't always follow the old standard. My H335/WC844 and CFE223 are fairly close in ejection.

I doubt it is anything to worry about.

CFE is slightly slower burning then W-748, and quite a bit slower then H-335.

So, you are getting higher gas port pressure in the barrel with the CFE223, which changes bolt velocity, which changes the ejection pattern.

I'd say nothing to worry about as long as your load is within listed load data.
