looks good. Airsoft lasers work as good as that, but they suck in zeroing the dot, and of course, they wouldnt stand 12gauges shots for too long.

You go in the apartment, take off the fascia, pull it out of the cage, and service it on the floor on a tarp, or (more likely) stick a temp replacement in and take the faulty unit to the shop.
