Charles Daly 1911 EFS Range Report

I finally got to the range with my new EFS and boy was I impressed. This is my first 1911 and the accruacy was great. At 10 yards my first shot was dead center. Shot 180 rounds of various reloads, 230 fmj, 230 lrn,170 lfp and 200 lswc. I had 0 fail to feed only 1 fail to fire which was probably primer related. Had 3 rounds where the ejector did not catch the round and that was it. I am very happy with the gun except when I got it I noticed the hammer was blued not stainless like the picture. Will call customer service about it.

Nice gun, I have one that I just use the frame for a 22 conversion. It has worked great for that. BTW, put your safety on when the hammer is cocked, please!!!
